CURA Diagnostics proudly helped kickoff Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month for HALEON with a compelling keynote from CEO Jia He, who served as the event's Spotlight Speaker. Her participation marked a powerful beginning to the month-long celebration of AAPI cultures, achievements, and identities.

In her keynote address, Jia shared her personal story as a Chinese American leader in the healthcare technology space and reflected on the evolving nature of leadership. Drawing from both professional experience and cultural wisdom, she highlighted several guiding principles that have shaped her journey:

● Stay Curious: "Take interest in what other departments are doing and seek to understand the reasoning behind their approach."

● Empower Others: Quoting a Chinese saying, she shared, "If you want to be rich, help others become rich first; if you want to succeed, help others succeed first." 

● Embrace Differences: "Recognize, understand, appreciate, and leverage differences as they are strengths."

● Follow Your Passion: Jia encouraged employees to trust their instincts and enjoy the journey.

● On Success: She cited Phil Knight, founder of NIKE: "Hard work is critical, a good team is essential, brains and determination are invaluable, but luck may decide the outcome." Jia added, "The harder you work, the luckier you become."
